Not sure what to ask? See what you can filter on
Write your query in plain English. The AI understands combinations like:
- Sector & location — SIC codes/sections, sector groups, postcode areas
- Financials — turnover, profit before tax, net assets, cash, total assets, gearing, current ratio, debt-to-equity, operating margin
- Risk signals — R-Score, going-concern warnings, qualified audit opinions
- Company facts — status (Active only, etc.), PLCs, employee count, accounts year
- People — director nationality, director age, shareholder/PSC names
Example: "Active construction firms in the Midlands with gearing over 150% and turnover above £2m"
Preview AI Interpretation shows how the AI read your query (no data yet). Run Screener runs the full search and builds your CSV. Sorting applies when you click Run.
Screen 5.1 million companies in plain English
The AI Agentic Screener lets you describe the companies you are looking for in ordinary English. The AI converts your description into database filters, runs them against 5.1 million England & Wales companies, and gives you the results as a CSV. There is no query language to learn and no analyst required.
What you can filter on
Sector and location (SIC codes, sector groups, postcode areas). Financials from filed accounts: turnover, profit, net assets, cash, gearing, current ratio, operating margin, employees. Risk signals: R-Score, going-concern warnings, qualified audit opinions. Company facts: status, PLCs, accounts year. People: director nationality and age, shareholder and PSC names.
How it works
Write a query. Use Preview AI Interpretation to check how the AI read it before you commit. Then run the screener: the filters execute against the database, results appear in the table, and you download up to 5,000 rows as CSV with the latest filed accounts per company. Free with an account.
Limits
England & Wales companies only. Scottish, Northern Irish and overseas companies are not covered. Results use the latest filed accounts per company, so financials are only as fresh as the filing.
